The main objective of the project is to increase employment opportunities by activating 210 people (115K, 95M) registered in the PLO in Pułtusk, in particular: young people aged 18-29, long-term unemployed, aged 50 and over, with an education equivalent to ISCED level 3 and below, with disabilities, and women. The specific objectives are: Acquisition of a profession through a traineeship; Facilitate access to employment through employment in the context of intervention work/ref. costs of the employment contract or post allowance; supporting mobility through the granting, reimbursement of travel costs for traineeships; acquisition/upgrading or complementary qualification of a profession through vocational training; Increase in self-employment. All project objectives will be achieved by 30.06. 2026. The implementation of the project will contribute to the specific objective FEM 2021-2027 by covering unemployed people, especially young people, with activation measures. (in accordance with the standards set out in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland), long-term unemployment and other disadvantaged groups on the labour market, as well as by promoting self-employment. The main result of the project will be employment, including self-employment by 160 people registered in the PLO in Pułtusk. The main problem in the Pułtusk district is the high level of unemployment. According to statistical data, at the end of January 2025 in the register of tut. There were 2,537 unemployed. The persons on the register are generally: with a low level of education, little or no work experience, and a long period of unemployment. In view of the above, the project will support unemployed persons registered with the PLO in Pułtusk, in particular those who are in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. young people aged 18-29, the unemployed, aged 50 and over, low-skilled, with disabilities, women and people from rural areas . Particular emphasis will be placed on the support of young people. Support for young people up to 30 years of age will be provided in the project in accordance with the standards set out in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland, i.e. within 4 months from the date of joining the project, young people will be provided with a high-quality offer of employment, further education, apprenticeship or internship. We assume that participation in the project will each time be preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems in accordance with the requirements of the IPD, as well as diagnoses. deficits in digital skills (including their supplementation if necessary), green, necessary in professions related to health and care services. On this basis, the PLO in Pułtusk will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions, i.e.: internships, training, intervention work, one-off funds for starting up a business, reimbursement of costs of employment or work placement, reimbursement of commuting costs, tailored to the individual needs of each participant, as well as labour market places. The support provided under the task will be tailored to the individual needs of the project participants, resulting from their knowledge, skills and competences and qualifications to practice a given profession. Each participant will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance that will be identified by the participant as necessary to improve the situation on the labour market or obtain employment. The project complies with the Rules of Procedure, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, with national and EU legislation on de minimis aid. The project budget does not include indirect costs, as well as own contribution and cross-financing. The project has not been completed.
