We broaden our horizons - development and improvement of professional competences of employees of the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw

The aim of the project is to improve the professional qualifications or competences of employees of the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw for better assessment of needs, better tailored assistance for clients, support for employees in contact with a difficult client and prevention of burnout, as well as adaptation of professional skills to the needs of the labour market and for labour market flows and mobility. The goal will be achieved by training participants to improve their qualifications or competences, helping project participants by providing them with appropriate support resulting from their individual employee needs. The project is in line with the FEM 2021-2027 specific objective and results directly from the diagnosed FEM problems that the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw intends to solve or alleviate through the implementation of the project. The objectives are in line with the SMART method. The area of implementation of the project is Warsaw, support and needs have been adapted to the area of implementation of the project. The project will involve 34 employees (25K+9M) of the Public Employment Services of the Warsaw Capital Region, i.e. employees of the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw meeting the criterion set out in the definition of the RWS. How the tasks are carried out: The Office will carry out information and promotion activities among employees regarding the support offered under the project. Participation in the support will each time be preceded by a detailed identification of the needs of the PSZ employee resulting from the needs of the Applicant, the identification of needs can be verified and updated at each stage of the project implementation, in order to adjust the support to the needs of the participant. The Office accepts the possibility that more than one cost support will be provided to one participation, resulting, inter alia, from the IPD of a given participation.proj. In particular, the previously obtained qualifications and acquired competences of the UP employee will be verified, professional development opportunities will be assessed and an Individual Action Plan or other document with a similar function will be prepared for each project participant. On this basis, the Authority will determine appropriate training for project participants. Each training carried out under the project will include a module promoting solutions among employers supporting equal treatment and non-discrimination and creating cross-sectoral networks working for non-discrimination and equality of workers. After the end of the support, the Office will check the effects of the support received and document them accordingly, all documents related to the implementation of the project will be stored in the offices of the Labour Office of the Capital City of Warsaw. The Office will monitor financial and material progress on each project implementation therapies, data on project participants, will be collected in the SYRIUSZ ICT system and transmitted to the IB via SL2021.The Office will implement the project from 01.05.2024 to 31.12.2024. The indicated tasks carried out in the project are consistent with the assumed project budget and the description of budget lines. The project complies with national and EU legislation on de minimis aid under Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (OJ L 352.1). The project is in line with national and Community legislation and horizontal policies. The project will respect human rights and freedoms, the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, the principle of equality between women and men, the requirement to comply with anti-discrimination legislation and the principle of sustainable development, including the Do No Significant Harm principle. The activities planned in the project will be implemented using the principle of universal design .
