The Poviat of Pultusk has been struggling with unemployment on a higher than average scale for years. The local labour market is dominated by micro-enterprises – family businesses, hence the low demand for ‘outside’ workers. Moreover, companies that could "develop wings" are cautious about creating new jobs. Lack of jobs translates into a large number of unemployment. According to statistics, as at 30 September this year in the register of tut. There were 2,438 persons without the office, including 77 persons with the registered office. Providing such a large group of unemployed with high-quality services requires hiring employees with high competences, including in particular knowledge for professional service for people with disabilities and a difficult, frustrated client. Only competent and well-educated staff can effectively fight high unemployment, especially unemployment among non-workers and long-term unemployed. Equality in the labour market is a general concept. It means equal access for all, regardless of: gender, disability, race, religion, nationality, political opinion, religion or sexual orientation. In order to prevent discrimination, we should increase the competence of employees to reach each customer / recipient with information, respond to their needs during daily service. In order for the information to be fully available, PUP staff must have up-to-date knowledge in this area. Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough in this case. Practical knowledge is needed, which the PUP staff could gain during workshops, during which they will play the roles of people facing barriers in terms of access to IT and service. The PLO in P-sko sees the need for the Acts supplementing the qualifying profession of work, including particularly work-related, directly or indirectly involved in activating the profession of freelancer in PLO in P-sko. In general, these are trainings strictly related to the provisions of the law in the area of assets. understood as closely related to the law. There is no training in personalized customer service. The limited resources of the FP prevent training in this area. In view of the above, it is advisable to look for other sources of financing that will allow continuous improvement of the level of knowledge of employees. Training is, among others, a determinant of a good qualified employee, and thus the quality of the company. The main goal of the project is to meet the development needs of 39 employees (36K, 3M) of PUP in P-sku, diagnosed at the stage of identifying the employee's needs. The specific objective is to: increase of professional competences among 39 employees (36K, 3M) of PUP thanks to participation in workshops in the field of promoting equality on the labour market - including the Act on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs, training in the field of Professional customer service (including difficult customer) and training on systemic changes on the labour market in Poland. We assume that the goal will be achieved by 31 January 2025.
