The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 48 students, including 30 UU (24K 6M) Technikum No. 4 and 18 UU (14K 4M) of the First Degree Industry School of the Complex of Schools of Services and Entrepreneurship in Płock by implementing additional forms of support in building and developing key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market and developing cooperation with the socio-economic environment of the school during the project implementation period, i.e. from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2026. The main objective will be achieved through specific objectives: 1.Improving key competences (KK) and universal skills necessary on the labour market through the implementation of additional classes developing English skills at 48 UU ZSUIP, including 30 UU (24K 6M) Technikum No. 4 and 18 UU (14K 4M) of the I degree Industry School in the period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2026. 2.Increasing the level of knowledge, acquiring knowledge and skills at 48 UU ZSUIP, including 30 UU (24K 6M) Technikum No. 4 and 18 UU (14K 4M) of the I degree Industry School, through the implementation of additional specialist classes in cooperation with entities of the socio-economic environment in the period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2026r. 3. Increased employment awareness through support for 48 ZSUIP students, including 30 UU (24K 6M) Technikum No. 4 and 18 UU (14K 4M) of the I degree Industry School, in planning professional development and further education based on professional predispositions through the implementation of vocational counseling classes in the period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2026. 4. Increase in the employment potential of 48 ZSUIP students, including 30 UU (24K 6M) Technikum No. 4 and 18 UU (14K 4M) of the I degree Industry School, through the implementation of internships enabling practical apprenticeship in the workplace in the period from 31.05.2024 to 31.08.2025. 5. Improving the conditions of practical classes in ZSUIP by equipping professional workshops with the necessary equipment and teaching materials in the period from 01.05.2024 to 31.03.2026. The project includes activities ensuring the comprehensiveness of support for the vocational education process in the Mazowieckie voivodship and will contribute to the implementation of the specific objective of the FEM by increasing the employability of 48 students through the implementation of the following objectives: the main and specific, i.e. incurring the effectiveness and efficiency of vocational education, including through the participation of 48 students in internships and additional classes and retrofitting the classroom with practical classes. The main objective will be achieved through the following actions: 1. Purchase of equipment necessary for the implementation of planned activities 2. Implementation of classes in the field of shaping key competences and career counseling 3. Implementation of specialist classes taking into account cooperation with the socio-economic environment 4. All stages of the project result from the diagnosis of individual needs, taking into account the recommendations of institutions from the social and economic environment of ZSUIP. At each stage of the project, risk, output and result indicators will be monitored and compliance with horizontal principles, including equal opportunities and non-discrimination will be checked. The project supports the professional education professions in line with the needs of the national and voivodship labour market in the light of the MEN Announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland of 20 November 2011. 20.01.2023 r. on the forecast of demand for employees in professional education professions on the national and provincial labour market. The project is part of the Mazovia Development Strategy 2030+ Innovative Mazovia – supporting skills needed on the labour market.
