The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 48 (K-12/M-36) students of the Building School Complex No. 1 in Płock and to increase the professional potential of 6 n-li (K-3/M-3) teachers of the school by providing comprehensive support to 48 students in the development of cooperation between the school and the socio-economic environment, raising key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market, obtaining and supplementing knowledge in the field of educational and vocational advice, and by retrofitting the ZSB No. 1 in Płock and improving the skills and professional competences of 6 n-li in the period of 23 months of implementation of projects, i.e. from 01.06.2024 to 30.04.2026. 1. Formation of key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market by students of ZSB No. 1 in Płock through the implementation of: -teaching and compensatory mathematics classes for 16 students (K-4/M-12) Tech. ZSB in the period IX.2024-III.2026, -teaching classes in English for 16 students (K-4/M-12) Technikum ZSB in the period IX.2024-III.2026, -Circles of interest in chemistry - for 16 students (K-4/M-12) Technikum ZSB in the period IX.2024. – III.2026, 2. Adaptation of vocational training to the needs of the regional labour market, including the development of cooperation between ZSB No. 1 in Płock and the socio-economic environment through the implementation of: - preparation course for the baccalaureate exam in Polish for 8 Tech students. ZSB period IV. 2025-III.2026, - specialist classes for 18 Tech. students in ZSB in the period from I to V.2025 - student internships in accordance with the Education Law for 48 students (K-12/M-36) Tech. in ZSB in the period from VII to VIII.2025, 3. Obtaining and supplementing knowledge in the field of educational and professional consulting through the implementation of: - educational and vocational counselling classes for 48 students (K-12/M-36) Tech. ZSB in the period IX.2024-II.2026, 4. The increase of professional competences of N-li ZSB No. 1 in Płock in the field of career counselling through the implementation of: training for 6 n-li (K-3,M-3) ZSB No 1 in Płock in the period X-XII.2024. 5. Increasing the attractiveness and effectiveness of teaching vocational subjects by: equipping the ZSB No. 1 workshop in Płock, where practical classes are conducted, with equipment for the implementation of vocational training in the period from VI to IV.2026 , Participation in the project is aimed at motivating ZSB students to learn effectively and to be fully involved in the educational process. A comprehensive approach to diagnosed problems of vocational education will allow to prepare students of ZSB to enter the labour market and/or facilitate access to further education.
