Subject of the project – support to 292 pupils (pupils), including 137 women (K) in the development of key, social and socio-emotional competences of learners in SP5 and SP6, and support to 40 teachers (35 K) including the improvement of professional qualifications, in addition to support implemented from national programmes. The applicant shall declare that: 1.Prior to the preparation of the application in 04.2024, the needs diagnosis was carried out by SP5 and SP6, 2.The diagnosis takes into account at least the key issues for the planned support, and the conclusions from the diagnosis are part of the grant application, 3.The scope of support under the project is consistent with the diagnosis-crit.access No. 7. Scope of the project: - additional educational-compensatory classes in mathematics for 80 pupils (33 K) in SP 5 and 80 pupils in SP6 (40K), - additional educational-compensatory classes in English for 80 pupils (33K) in SP 5 and 72 pupils in SP 6 (36K), - additional educational-compensatory classes in SP6 for 25 pupils (14K), including 1 person with disabilities, - additional developing classes in mathematics for 72 pupils (36 K) in SP6, - additional developing classes in computer science for 56 pupils (25K) in SP5 and 24 pupils (12K) in SP6, -training for 40 teachers (35K), in addition to support implemented from national programmes, -objective equipment for 2SP, main objective: Supporting equal access to good quality education in 2 SP in Płock for 292 pupils (137K) in the field of development of key, social and socio-emotional competences through the implementation of classes and improvement of professional qualifications 40N(35K) through the implementation of training at the RMR in the period from 01.01.2025r-31.12.2026r. Specific objectives: -development of key, social and social competences of pupils achieving the lowest educational results in mathematics through the implementation of additional mathematics classes for 80 pupils (33 K) in SP5 and 80 pupils in SP6(40K), in the period 03.2025-12.2026, -development of key, social and socio-economic competences for pupils achieving the lowest educational results in English through the implementation of additional classes in English for 80 pupils (33K) in SP5 and 72 pupils in SP6(36K), in the period 03.2025-12.2026, -supporting the improvement of professional qualifications 40N (35K) in the period 04.2025r-11.2026, -alignment of educational disparities during the education process for 160 pupils (73K) having difficulties in meeting educational requirements through the organization of additional educational and equalization in mathematics, English in SP5 and SP6 in the period 0320-1225r.26. -development of socio-emotional competences in 72 pupils (36K) of SP6 in Płock through the implementation of corrective and compensatory activities in the period from 03.2025 to 12.2026. -development of competences, skills, aptitudes and interests of the student. through the organization of additional activities developing in mathematics for 72 pupils. (36K) in SP6 in the period from 03.2025 to 12.2026 -development of competences, skills, aptitudes and interests of pupils through the organization of additional classes developing from computer science for 56 pupils (25K) in SP 5 and 24 pupils (12K) SP6, in the period from 03.2025 to 12.2026. -improving the quality of classes conducted in the laboratories for the implementation of classes in mathematics and computer science in SP5 and SP6 by equipping them in the period from 03.2025 to 12.2026. The assumptions of the project are directly in line with the FEM2021-2027 program, Priority VII FE for modern and accessible education in Mazovia: thanks to the implementation of educational and equalization classes, educational results in the UCZ with difficulties in meeting educational requirements will be further improved, educational disparities will be equalized. Problems identified: -low scores in English and mathematics, -ineffective learning, i.e. problems with concentration, motivation, -disfunctions such as dysgraphy, dyslexia, hyperactivity, -lack of conviction to new forms of teaching by N, -insufficient retrofitting of subject work in SP5 and SP6
