Warsaw Academy of Qualifications

TYPE OF PROJECT: Support through development services [UR], including digital competence, under the PSF for adults, who wish to increase their skills/competences or acquire a qualification (including those included in the IRG) on their own initiative; including support for the most difficult target groups through BUR PROBLEM (based on the self-reports and badges described in point C.2.2): In the Mazowieckie voivodship, many employers experience staff shortages. The problem will be addressed by the following objectives: Depth objective: min. 1170 pers. (644K, 526 M) out of 1300 people (715 K, 585 M) supported by adults who voluntarily wish to improve their qualifications/competences or retraining, as well as formal confirmation of skills acquired through non-formal education/informal learning, residing within the meaning of the Central Committee in the Warsaw [PmW] sub-reg, will improve their skills/competences/qualifications by the end of 12/2027. by the end of 12/2027, 1300 persons (715 K, 585 M) of adults residing within the meaning of the Central Committee in the Warsaw subregion will develop (with the support of a professional advisor) to implement a skills development plan or acquire competences / qualifications in accordance with their predispositions and expectations and the needs of the labour market 1. Information and promotion – throughout the project period on PmW in RWS 2. Recruitment of UP for project, recruitment in 12 rounds 3. Additional support for UP in terms of: * motivation building, * support in the analysis of development needs and selection of appropriate development services [UR] in BUR, * identification of acquired comets/qualifiers and support in their validation/certification 4. Granting and settling co-financing for RUs Thanks to the implementation in the project of counselling (additional support) and RUs independently selected by the RUs, the RUs will acquire/upgrade skills/competition/qualification according to their own needs (including in the context of the labour market), which will contribute to supporting the RUs in lifelong learning, promoting flexible opportunities for upskilling and reskilling, including in the area of entrepreneurship and digital compute, better anticipating and responding to changes and the need for new skills in the labour market, which will facilitate career transitions and foster professional mobility, in accordance with the objective of detail CP4.G FEM 2021-2027 PROJECT REALIZED ON THE AREA OF GPR
