The activities concern the implementation of the second type of project under which the social integration entity, i.e. The Department of Occupational Activity in Płock (ZAZ) plans to extend the scope of its activity to include the rental of gardening and cleaning equipment, increase employment by 10 new people with disabilities in moderate / significant (ON), which will translate into gaining experience and professional skills by those people facilitating future employment on the open labour market, as well as improving their current professional and living situation. The participants of the project will be guaranteed support through the implementation of a comprehensive and individualized program using social, professional and educational activation instruments. ZAZ is an entity creating activities in the field of socio-professional reintegration, an organizational unit of the Municipality - the City of Płock, acting as a local government budget institution without legal personality. The Department operates at the Special Educational Centre No 2 in Płock (SOSW) – a secondary school – part of the work. ZAZ are graduates of the Center (9 people). ZAZ currently carries out activities in the field of cleaning, gardening services, the use of a hyperbaric chamber and salt cave and the rental of its rooms. Problems that have been identified by ZAZ in the context of social and professional activity of persons with disabilities in moderate and significant areas are: 1.work demand for persons with disabilities (at the end of March 2024, there were 112 persons with severe or moderate disabilities in the registers of the Labour Office in Płock ready to take up any employment); 2. the need to prepare not only professionally but also socially disabled people for functioning on the labour market; 3.psychological and psychological problems, including the risk of addictions caused by experiences and traumas related to disabilities hindering everyday functioning in society. The main objective of the project is social and professional activation of 10 people (including 4 women (K), 6 men (M)) with moderate or significant disabilities, through the implementation of reintegration paths and extension of the scope of services provided by the Department of Professional Activity in Płock in the area of project implementation in the period 01.03.2025. – 31.01.2027 Specific objectives: 1.Improving the professional situation by gaining professional experience of 10 people (including 4K, 6M) with disabilities in the period from VII.2025. –I.2027 2.Improvement/acquisition of skills useful on the labour market by 10 people (including 4K, 6M) with disabilities through their participation in the component supporting the process of reintegration into employment in the period VII.2025-XII.2026r. 3.Improving the ability to participate in social life and perform social roles in the workplace and life through the participation of 10 people (including 4K, 6M) with disabilities in the component supporting the process of social reintegration in the period IV.2026r.-I.2027r. 4.Increasing the employment capacity of ZAZu in Płock by expanding its activity, creating and running a rental of cleaning and gardening equipment in the period III.2025. – I.2027 The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective. FEM by increasing employability in the open labour market of 10 people at risk of poverty/social exclusion - the most disadvantaged in life activities in the field of social and professional activation (training, motivational and vocational guidance, classes and workshops). During the implementation of the project, these people will receive employment at ZAZ, which will increase their professional experience and preparation for independent functioning in the work environment. The applicant declares that the project will be implemented in the area covered by MSIT (Supreme Local Development Strategy for the Partnership "Functional Area of the City of Płock").
