Type 1. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE is an improved social situation, i.e. increased socio-occupational activity and the ability to take up employment by 48 persons (29K/19M,min.5ON), who are unemployed, at risk of poverty or social exclusion (persons benefiting from social assistance or eligible for social assistance support), living in cities losing their economic functions and municipalities threatened with permanent marginalization of the Ostrołęka County in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (in the sense of CC), through individualised and comprehensive project support; in the period 01.02.2025- 31.12.2025; resulting in the achievement of the following. RESULTS: Number of persons in employment, including self-employment, after leaving program-12 (20% of UP) L.os. who obtained qualifications after leaving program-44, L. os. seeking work after leaving program-11 - (40% of UP) L. os., whose social situation improved after leaving program-44. The project, by strengthening social activity and professional potential, will increase the participation of disadvantaged groups, in particular women, in the labour market, contributing to the objectives of the FEMA 2021-2027 programme and the ESF+ specific objective.CP4.H - Fostering active social inclusion to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and enhancing employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups. I.According to the FEMA2021-2027 Programme, the region shows a persistently high proportion of inhabitants affected by poverty and exclusion, the proportion of people at risk of poverty and exclusion - 6.95% and extreme poverty - 3.7%. The most common reasons for using social assistance are poverty, unemployment, long-term or severe illness and disability. PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT 3.COMPETENCE AND SOCIAL SKILLS WORKSHOPS 4.PROFESSIONAL TRAINING 5.WORK INTERMEDIATION 6.STAKING A PROFESSIONAL TARGET GROUP: 48 persons (29K/19M,min.5OZN), adults, unemployed, benefiting from social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance, in particular the low-skilled, residing in reason.the provisions of the Civil Code in cities losing economic functions and municipalities threatened with permanent marginalization of the Ostrołęka County in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship The applicant ensures that the participant in the project in the field of socio-occupational activation does not receive support in another project in the field of socio-occupational activation co-financed by the ESF+.
