The main objective of the project is to increase the social and professional activity of 35 SA (18K and 17M) inactive, unemployed and/or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, through the creation of a vocational activation plant in Radom serving the districts of Białobrzeski, Grójecki, Przysuski, Szydłowiecki and Radom in the period 04/25 to 10/2027. It will be implemented through specific objectives: CS1:Professional and social reintegration 35 SA through assisted social work in ZAZ in Radom adapted to the needs of the SA in the period 05/24 to 10/2027 CS2:Increasing the level of participation of project participants (35 SA - 18K and 17M) in the labour market by intensively supporting them in the area of gaining professional experience of professional competences and qualifications in the period 2025-2027 in ZAZ in Radom CS3:Social integration of the SA (35 persons-18K and 17M) by supporting them in the social area, personal development and motivation to actively participate in social life in the period 2025-2027 in ZAZ in Radom CS4:Activities integrating organisations working for the SA and developing new solutions by creating a new ZAZ in Radom and its activity in the period 2025-2027 in the districts of Białobrzeski, Grójecki, Przysuski, Szydłowiecki and Radomski. The applicant has analysed the problems and needs of participants (POs) and the activities in the project correspond and will correspond to the identified needs and problems in the area of social and professional activation. Passive people due to reasons of inactivity within the project will be: •Persons with family and caring responsibilities; •Sick and disabled persons (cf.d.3) FEP undertakes to implement UP support based on the reintegration path/individual action plan (cf.d.4), using a contract similar to the social contract (cf.d.5). As part of the project, ZAZ is to be created: The place of work and rehabilitation of the SA through work and support activities. Entity whose task is to generate sufficient profits for partially independent maintenance on the market (the revenues obtained go to the company's activity fund intended to meet the needs of the SA, e.g. purchase of equipment necessary for the SA's independence). ZAZ is an intermediate link between rehabilitation and work, and hence the creation of ZAZ is in line with the objective of the Strategy for Persons with Disabilities 2021-2030, which is to increase the ON employment rate to 35% in ‘25 and 45% in ‘30. It is consistent with the W.Maz Development Strategy 2030+ goal 17.Socio-economic activation of residents in particular.activation of the profession. OzN, supporting job reorientation and supporting entrepreneurial mindsets and self-employment. The demand for the new ZAZ is indicated by the Reg.plan for the development of social and dezinst services voivodships maz and FEM21-27, calculating that per 100 thousand inhabitants the number of ZAZ is insufficient and falls within the lowest range of values on a national scale. According to the List of ZAZ published by the Governor of Mazovia, 10 ZAZ are registered in the Mazovia Province, none in Radom. The creation of ZAZ Radom is therefore justified, as well as in line with the policy of the Municipal Council and the Local Government Programme of the City of Radom for Persons with Disabilities for 2024-2028, as social rehabilitation meets the following objectives: 2.Taking action in the area of counteracting exclusion.community.3.Taking action in the area of professional activation and promotion of employment of OzN. The correctness of the choice of Radom is also confirmed by the fact that there are 5 WTZ active in the city, from which mainly employees are recruited to ZAZ. There are another 4 WTZ operating within a radius of 35km. The only Protected Workplace in Radom (clothing sewn) is already inactive, and ZAZ can be created where there are problems with finding sheltered jobs. Ergo especially here is needed a new ZAZ giving work ON.
