In response to the situation, probl.WN formulated the main objective: Project headline target: Increased level of professional and/or social activity among at least 20 people out of 50 project participants from the RMR region of Serpetsk and Płock and taking up employment for at least 10 UP thanks to individually tailored to the needs of the UP support implemented in the project in the period 1.01.2025-31.12.2025. The lack of employment directly affects the lowering of the household budget, and this is largely the cause of poverty and exclusion. Syt.K,kt. are discriminated against on the labor market; more often resign from work in favour of family obligations and are characterized by a lower employment rate than M; and ON-due to the limitation of psycho-physical and discriminatory treatment in the labour market. Specific objectives: 1.Acquired qualifications or competences for at least 28 persons out of 50 persons under threat of poverty or excluded from society covered by support in the project thanks to participation in vocational trainings in the project until the end of XII.2025. 2.Active job search for at least 4 people out of 10 economically inactive people supported in the project until the end of XII.2025. 3. Taking up employment by min.20% of UP within 4 weeks after completing participation in, thanks to the support of a labour intermediary and thanks to participation in internships and trainings. The support offered in the project will be comprehensive and will include various services aimed at activization.profession.-community.UP. Project activities include: *individual diagnosis of UP needs and potentials - for each person, a diagnosis and development of an individual reintergation path will be used. *to effectively activate people with GD and really change their life situation and profession.proj.proj.predicts: high-quality training and work placements. * UP will be covered by psychological counseling *UP will take part in employment mediation in order to target the market and find a place of employment adequate to the needs and capabilities of each UP - including the special needs of the SA. 100%UP will be social and professional activation. Thanks to the above-mentioned support, the chances of UP to activate the profession - socio-economic - will significantly increase, and this will contribute to the improvement of the living situation of UP and their families. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective set out in the SZOOP FEM 2021-2027- ESF+ - Increasing the employability of the inactive professions and those at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The degree of achievement of the headline target will be reflected in the achievement values of the indicators, as set out in Part H of the proposal. The proposal complies with the call rules, with the FEM 2021-2027, with the objective described in the FEM 2021-2027 SZOP, with horizontal policies, with anti-discrimination policies, with the Programme Guidelines.
