OBJECTIVE:Increasing the employability of 108(71K,37M) adults from 18 professionally inactive (persons who study, work or live in the Mazowieckie Province in the sense of the provisions of the CC) residing in the RMR in the Strategic Intervention Areas (SIA) designated in the National Development Strategy of the Region and the result of the Development Strategy of the Mazowieckie Province 2030+ Innovative Mazovia-medium cities losing their social functions:Radom,Kozienice and municipalities at risk of permanent marginalization:Iłża,Pionki,Chlewiska,Mirów; of which: from 18-29 years of age, apart from employment, education and school-min.24os.(The project implements a department in the field of social activation addressed to young people (Youth Guarantees)), -OzN min.24os, using active inclusion services through the use of activation instruments: team, health, education and wages aimed at improving employability achieved through comprehensive adaptation to individual needs and equalization of opportunities for women as the situation on the market is more difficult for various reasons.The planned projects will include actions, which will contribute in the long term to improving the situation of the group of targets on the labour market in the period:08.2025-10.2026. The goal of the project results from diagnosed problems of gr.doc.on the basis of research and available statistics. The objective will be achieved through specific objectives: 1.Determine the path of the profession tailored to the needs,predisposition and potential of 108 UP-participation in the identification of individual needs from the IWW IPD studies 2.Acquisition/increase of skills/competences in the region/location of the PR market by 108 UP-participation in trainings in 3.Increase of the level of digital competences in min.24 UP-school digital competences 4.Resolve the problem of health, occupation, increase and maintain the level of motivation in the search for 108 UP-participation in a specialist psychologist 5.Increase of job-search skills in 108 UP-participation in individual internships 6.Increase of the ability to move after work in 108 UP-participation in an individual job, in the TZW 7.Increase of experience in 108-participation in the TUS-participation in 3rd.
