Together for more

The project "Together for more" will be implemented on 05.2025-01.2026r. in the Mazowieckie regional region, in the Sierpki district. We will do 1. Project type: Social and professional activation of inactive people and people at risk of poverty or social exclusion through active inclusion services. The project is implemented by a social economy entity (PES). The project responds to the problem of the target group diagnosed during the implementation of social inclusion projects in the district of Sierpki and in the own analysis (description below), i.e. low level of socio-occupational activity and employability, which consists of, among others: lack of identified needs and potentials, low level of social competences, lack/low level of professional and digital qualifications, inability to seek employment or low level of professional experience. The main objective of the project is to increase socio-occupational activity and employability in 36 adults (20 K, 16 M) without employment, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Mazowieckie regional region, in the Sierpki district (according to the description of the target group), by 31.01.2026, verified by obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among at least 88% of UP, job search by at least 41% of inactive UP, as well as taking up employment by at least 22% of UP. The main objective will be achieved by covering 36 unemployed adults (20 K, 16 M) with a comprehensive programme for social and professional activation, using social, professional and educational activation instruments, including identification of needs with the Individual Reintegration Path, social competence workshops, vocational training with a computer module, job placement and professional internship. Specific objectives: - identifying the needs of 36 UP and developing/updating 36 Individual Reintegration Pathways; - increase/acquisition of social competences among 36 UP; - increase/acquisition of professional and digital competences/qualifications among 36 UP; - increase in the ability to move around the labour market at 36 UP; - increase/acquisition of professional experience at 36 UP. Stages of the project: recruitment, identification of needs along with the Individual Reintegration Path and implementation of support using active integration services: social competence workshops, vocational training with a computer module, job placement and professional internship. The direct result of the project will be: obtaining qualifications and/or acquiring competences among min. 88% UP, i.e. 32 people (18 K, 14 M), job search by at least 41% of inactive UP, i.e. 5 people (3 K, 2 M), as well as taking up employment for min. 20% UP, i.e. 8 people (5 K, 3 M). In at least 18 people (10 K, 8 M) the social situation will improve after leaving the program. This will contribute to the achievement of, inter alia, the specific objective FEM 2021-2027 [ESF+.CP4.H] – Fostering active inclusion to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and enhancing employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups. The project is compatible, among others: with a minimum standard for the implementation of the principle of K/M equality; the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for NSAs; with the Charter of the Rights of the Podst. EU of 26 October 2012 (Official Journal Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU C 326, 26.10.2012, p. 391); the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, done at New York on 13 December 2006 (Journal Journal of Laws 2012, item 1169, as amended); with the principle of sustainable development. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the objectives set out in the national, regional and local strategy papers, such as: National Strategy for Regional Development 2030 (objective 2.1.: Development of human and social capital); Development Strategy WM 2030+ (Mazowsze socially integrated); Development of the Sierpecki District for 2021-2027.
