The aim of the project is to improve active social inclusion and increase employability, in particular of people at risk of social exclusion, as indicated in Article 2(6) of the Social Economy Act, through comprehensive support for the development of the social economy (ES) and business support for newly created and existing social enterprises (PS) in the area of providing social services and the green economy in the Radom subregion in the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2027. The specific objectives of the project are: 1) creation of at least 121 new and sustainable jobs in existing/cancers. PS in the period 01.01.2024-31.12.2027, 2) incubation with the support of the Centre's staff of at least 15 new PES in the region of 01.01.2024-31.12.2027, 3) professionalization of local PES and PS by providing advisory support (general consultancy/business/specialist/in.) and/or specialist, services tailored to the needs of the entity at least 40 PES in approx. 01.01.2024-31.12.2027r., 4) financing at least 24 initiatives for the development of ES, which will promote the ideas of ES in the local social sphere. 01.01.2024-31.12.2027r., 5) organization of 4 conferences disseminating ES in okr. 01.01.2024-31.12.2027r. This project is thus in line with the specific objective of the FEM (Supporting active social inclusion to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and increasing employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups) and is in line with the objectives of the Mazovia ES Development Plan 2021-2030, such as increasing awareness of the existence of ES among the inhabitants of the Mazovia Province, increasing the stability of the functioning of the PS, improving access to quality integration services, increasing the involvement of public institutions and NGOs in the development of ES. The project contributes to social development through the creation of jobs in this sector, which will translate into an increase in the integration of occupations and communities of people at risk of social exclusion, for the employment of which financial support will be granted. related to the creation and maintenance of a new m.p. In order to increase the stability of the functioning of FVCs, together with financial resources for the creation and maintenance of FVCs, they will receive a package of specific support provided by business practitioners and specialists. The project assumes funds for specialist services in line with the needs of the FVC (e.g. marketing, accounting, legal), production of films promoting the activities of the FVC and significant support in the obligations imposed on the FVC related to the reintegration of new employees - in conducting individual reintegration plans and financial implementation thereof (up to 300% of the minimum wage for work per employee). So far, the support of the PS indicates the need to strengthen also the leaders of the PS, hence it is envisaged to finance the development needs of the PS managers, i.e. workshops/trainings/webinars covering both management skills and development in the relevant PS industries. The services provided by mOWES under the project will be available free of charge to those eligible for support, regardless of gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion or belief, age or sexual orientation. Particular emphasis will be placed on the availability of training, meetings, counselling and other project activities for people with disabilities.
