Duration of the project: 11.2024-10.2026 (ACCESS CRITERIA No 2) The aim of the project is the socio-economic integration of at least 36 people (including 34 K, 2 M) citizens of Ukraine (including people who, after the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, have been granted temporary protection) residing in the Warsaw Capital Region and their surroundings , including obtaining qualifications by at least 80% of 36 people (at least 29 people), in the period 11.2024-10.2026 Specific objectives of the project: -obtaining qualifications/competences in the field of Polish by min.80% of 36 project participants in the period 12.2024-10.2026, -obtaining professional qualifications/competences by min.80% of 36 project participants in the period 12.2024-10.2026, -acquiring social/personal competences compliant with RIS 2030 by min.80% of 36 project participants in the period 12.2024-10.2026, -acquiring practical knowledge in the field of labour legalisation and labour, legal and civil rights applicable in the Republic of Poland by min.80% of 36 project participants in the period 12.2024-10.2026, -acquiring practical knowledge and obtaining support in the field of social services by min. 80% of 18 people in the period 12.2024-10.2026, -acquisition of knowledge in the field of Polish value and culture by min.80% of 20 people in the period 05-06.2026 -direct integration of Polish-Ukrainian (including integration into the labour market) in the period 05-0620.26 -acquis of 10.80 competences of third-country nationals in the provision of services by min. validation process in the form of an exam,4-7: The observed increase in the number of Ukrainian citizens in Mazovia, including in the Warsaw Capital Region, requires planning and undertaking integration activities for these people and their surroundings. Activities of an inclusive nature to social life, such as Polish language courses, counselling in the field of legalization of work and labour rights, legal and civic counselling, psychological support, better knowledge of Polish values and culture or providing practical information on various aspects of life in Poland. The possibility of support in the field of social services for this group of recipients, i.e. citizens of Ukraine and their families, is also envisaged. In addition, the activities in the process of integration of Ukrainian citizens will involve people from the host community, people from the environment, e.g. employers, teachers or employees of institutions operating in the Republic of Poland. ESF+.CP4.I - Supporting the socio-economic integration of third-country nationals, including migrants, by implementing the following Actions 1-7 in the project: ACTION 1-Individualization of support-Profiling the needs and potential of individual participants in order to create an action plan for each participant in terms of the diagnosed needs of the target group. ACTION 2-Polish language course ACTION 3-Vocational training + social/personal competences in accordance with RIS 2030 ACTION 4-Advice on legalisation of work and labour rights, legal, civic and psychological counselling ACTION 5-Social services for Ukrainian citizens and their families, including counselling related to these services (support for families, including children, housing, legal, subject-related tutoring for children with educational difficulties ) ACTION 6-Picnic supporting and integrating people from third countries, including Ukrainian citizens and their surroundings (employers, host society) ACTION 7-Training for institutions receiving in Poland people from third countries, including Ukrainian citizens (e.g. offices, schools, health centres, culture houses)
