In view of the need to strengthen the development of areas at risk of permanent marginalisation and to increase the use of the potential for the development of medium-sized cities losing their socio-economic impact, the PPA will cover the areas referred to above. 1.Diagnosis of individual needs of UP and employers 2.Indy specialization counseling - in the field of legalization of work and labor rights, legal, civic and psychological counseling. 3.Support within the competence of the language - Polish language course. 4.Schools in the field of values and culture PL. 5.High quality profession training. 6.Training in the field of acquaintance with the Polish labour market and its specifics. 7.Assistant for Social Affairs. 8.Integrated social, educational, sporting, cultural division for UP and their families and host society. 9.Training of social and personal competencies.
