Płońsk- Gmina Miasto Płońsk The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of good-quality social services addressed to people in need of support in everyday functioning and their caregivers in the Municipality of Płońsk City by taking care of 46 OPW (29K,17M) in assisted housing and in the Senior+ Club and care services in the place of residence, as well as by increasing care skills at 20 OFW os (15K,5M) during the period of 01.03.25.20-3004.20. Elevation to: + 30.04.2026 quality of social services in the PG by covering 46 GIPs (29K,17M) with services in assisted housing (2 pers.), care in the Senior+ Club (40 pers.) and care services in the place of residence (4 pers.) +30.04.2026 care skills at 20 OF (15K,5M) through their participation in psychological counselling and on-call duties of an OPS Proj employee (including the main objective) will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective FEM 2021-2027 for Measure 08.05: ESF+.CP4.K "Increasing equal and rapid access to good quality, sustainable and affordable services (...)" - real support for GIPs and their OFs will improve the accessibility of these groups to community services in the Commune and will contribute to reducing social problems, especially among GIPs and Seniors who, due to their difficult financial situation, would not be able to use paid Gr doc. proj services from the Mazowieckie Province: project addressed to 46 OPW (29K,17M) and their 20 OF (15K, 5M) living in the municipality of Płońsk City in WM - i.e. in the Mazowieckie regional region. The main effects and results of the project include: 1. Number of people covered by services provided in the local community in the program - 46 pers (29K,17M) 2.
