The main objective of the project is to prevent the process of impoverishment and social exclusion of 104 families requiring support, including in the foster care system (i.e. 214os= 138K+76M, of which: 110 DZ=58K+52M and 104RD=80K+24M) which, within the meaning of the Customs Code, are located in the Mazowieckie Regional Region, i.e. the district of Radom and the district of Radom, by increasing for the above-mentioned availability of comprehensive support services for the proper functioning of R-N implemented according to their individual needs in the period 01.10.2024-30.09.2026. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: +Increase to 30.09.2026 social agreements, including the scope of proper functioning of R-N, 110 DZ (58K+52M) through the participation of DZ from PWD and non-PWD, among others in the support of a psychologist, therapist, sociotherapist, speech therapist, occupational workshops, develop interest and social skills, EEG Biofeedback therapy; cultural and social trips, integration meetings for R-N, etc. +Increase to 30.09.2026 social agreements, including in the area of proper functioning. In the okr. 08.01-19.01.2024 The Applicant and the Partner conducted a Diagnosis - analysis of problems and needs in the provision of R-N support services in the project area. (based on available studies and statistics, own analyses: interviews with 2 PWD and PCPR employees and 120 R-N from camps. MR and PR are part of the GD).
