The project provides support to the MJWPU in the management of human resources, i.e. maintaining a stable level of employment and preventing fluctuations of qualified staff and maintaining appropriate organizational, technical and administrative facilities allowing for the correct and effective implementation of the FEM 2021 - 2027. It allows financing the salaries of staff involved in the preparation and organisation of calls, verification of payments, monitoring, accounting for expenditure and programme control, as well as financing the remuneration of experts assessing submitted grant applications. The implementation of these tasks will be possible by ensuring the needs of premises, proper equipping of workstations with office and telecommunications equipment, computer sets and providing appropriate IT systems. In order to carry out the tasks of the MJWPU in relation to the control of beneficiaries, it is necessary to provide financial resources relating to means of transport, expenses arising from missions and possible expertise and costs of judicial, administrative and enforcement proceedings.
