Continuation of the scope of the project "E-services in spatial information in Suski Poviat" (PRO WM 2014-2020, 2.1.4). The project covers types A and B, in accordance with Art. 2. Rules of procedure ex. proj. Predominant type - A. Project conducted in the Suski District over a period of 36 months. Three parts: Pt. 1. Tasks include the project type. A. P. 2. The tasks include the project type. B. Cz. 3 Tasks include costs not directly assigned to any type of project. Part 1: 1. Transformation of the analog cadastral map into vector (object) form for 7 regions in the Suski Poviat (details in the description of the task), together with supervision. 2. Update of the EGiB for buildings, utilities and land contours for the High and parts of the Łętownia area, Jordanów municipality, with supervision. 3. Adaptation of EGiB district databases to compliance with the current conceptual model for cities: Sucha Beskidzka, Maków Podhalański and Jordanów, communes: Budzów, Stryszawa, Zembrzyce and Maków Podhalański and areas: Sidzina, Osielec and Repair, with supervision. Part 2: 1. Supplementing the BDOT500 and GESUT databases with object-oriented elements, for the Municipality of Jordanów and cities: Sucha Beskidzka and Maków Podhalański. Then harmonize the BDOT500 and GESUT data with the EGiB database after adjusting the EGiB to comply with the current conceptual model. Supervision of the above activities has been included. Part 3: 1. Digitization of 16 400 items of archival technical files made available in connection with the submission of geodetic works. 2. Modernization and expansion of IT technical facilities used to provide e-services (devices and software), including the implementation of additional e-service modules (maturity level 4 and 5) and intra-administrative services. 3. Supervision of design work for harmonisation and implementation of services in compliance with interoperability and compatibility with national e-geodesia and e-cardography solutions. 4. Training to support digital competences in the implementation of new e-services and in-house services. 5. Modernization of IT infrastructure, related to the implementation of new equipment, changes in network configuration and update of geodetic firmware. The total cost of the project is PLN 10 758 714.01, including the eligible costs of PLN 10 584 714.02. The project was prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations in the field of geodesy and cartography and the regulations specified in §7 sec. 4. point 4. Rules of Procedure. The project has a positive opinion of the Chief Surveyor of the Country (Annex). The beneficiary did not start the project before the date of submission of the grant application. The project schedule was based on a comparative verification of similar activities of the Beneficiary. All planned types of activities have been carried out in the past, verification is based on reliable and directly obtained data and costs. The project meets the criteria for implementation of both types of projects, i.e. A and B (particularly in ch. F). The project assumes digital advancement in the scope of (a) to (f) of Annex II. 1 to the Rules for the selection of projects. The project assumes raising the level of maturity of 1 e-service to level 5, introducing 1 new e-service, expanding 1 e-service with new functionalities, implementation of 2 e-services within administrations and updating the firmware (in particular, the annex to the techn. doc.). As a result of the project, the Beneficiary will fully digitalise PZGiK. The compatibility of the EGiB database with the current conceptual model will be 100%. Medium-sized towns and marginalised municipalities are located in the district concerned by the project.
