The subject of the project is the implementation of the results of research and development in the form of a multi-component scalable control and control system as an element of the development of special vehicles. The solution planned for implementation was developed on its own by the owner and employees of the company and through the purchase of research and development services from the Świętokrzyska University of Technology. The originator, author and owner of the system is the owner of the company. The implementation of the new system means for the applicant entering a new technological level, significant changes in technologies and techniques of design, manufacture and assembly. The implemented system is to allow achieving sustainable competitive advantages, maintaining current customers along with increasing market share for firefighting vehicles. In addition, the research and development work was aimed at the versatility and scalability of the system so that it could be implemented in other industries, e.g. police vehicles, ambulances, large agricultural equipment, large-size chippers, municipal equipment and others. Thus, the implementation of the new solution will allow you to enter new markets. The implementation of the project will allow the company to improve its competitiveness, and consequently to strengthen its market position and increase its share in markets where the company is already present (as well as new markets), and thus increase the scale of revenues and profits. By analyzing customer inquiries about new technological possibilities and product availability and expressed in customer inquiries the desire to place orders for these products, it can be concluded that customers are definitely interested in new products from RALLYELECTRONICS. The applicant already has a permanent, numerous group of customers, which greatly facilitates the possibility of promoting and selling new products, and thus achieving the planned profits and realization of the project. Signals from customers indicate a high demand for planned products to be implemented, which will be performed by the applicant in the new technology.
