Increase the company's position on the domestic and foreign market by starting the production of polyurethane climbing grips with high abrasion resistance.

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and development potential of T-Wall Holds Polska by implementing the results of its own R&D work in the form of a developed technology for the production of polyurethane grips with high abrasion resistance. The technology will be an innovation on a national scale in the production process of grips. As a result, the production of innovative PU grips on a national scale will be launched, which will be characterized by high abrasion resistance, a wide range of colors and a competitive price. Recognising the existing interest in PU grips on the market and, on the other hand, the problem of low durability of PU grips in most manufacturers, the applicant decided to try to create a technology that would meet the expectations of the climbing market and fill the gap. The R&D work carried out in 2022-2024 was successful. The company has developed a recipe and a method of producing grips that allow to obtain PU grips extremely versatile, light, flexible, resistant to impact, cracks or drilling, but above all several times more resistant to wiping than the grips of the competition. The only company with comparable quality of PU grips is the European market leader Composite-X. The scope of the project includes the purchase of fixed assets enabling the creation of a production line and the start of production of PU grips based on the results of R&D work and the purchase of software dedicated to the company's needs, which will optimize the management of the production process and the warehouse of semi-finished products. As a result of the project: - the company's offer will be expanded by a group of innovative PU grips of its own production, - the level of automation and digitalisation of the company will increase, - 2 new jobs will be created, - environmental goals will be achieved - implementation of GOZ in the field of silicone used for mold production (author's concept), - 4 innovations in business processes will be implemented, - the development of the Polish brand will take place.
