The aim of the project is to implement the assumptions of the Air Protection Program for the Małopolskie Voivodeship and to support the Commune of Słomniki in connection with the energy transformation by reactivating the Municipal Guard. The project will employ a new city guard of 1 full-time for 36 months, who will undertake among the residents of the Commune of Słomniki only activities related to compliance with environmental protection regulations with priority given to air protection regulations. The activity of the guard is the implementation of the provisions of the Air Quality Plan. The employment of a guard also requires the purchase of equipment necessary to perform the checks carried out and the administrative activities resulting from the powers held. The equipment purchased under the project will only be used to ensure compliance with environmental legislation, prioritising air quality legislation.
