Bypass of Łącka

The material scope of the project includes the design and construction of the Łącka bypass as part of the new route of DW No 969. The investment in question will be located in the Małopolskie Province, Nowy Sącz County, in the municipality of Łącko, from the planned roundabout at the intersection of the bypass with DW 969 in Czerniec to the planned roundabout at the intersection of the bypass with DW 969 in Łącko (at the border with Mashkowice). The development of technical documentation includes the execution of construction and executive projects along with obtaining ZRID decisions, author's supervision. Implementation of construction works - construction of a single carriageway road, with 2 lanes, as a "G" class road, construction of roundabouts at the beginning and end of the bypass along with the expansion of the railway section. DW 969 in the area of access to roundabouts, construction of engineering structures within the designed bypass with the function of crossing animals, construction of roadsides, construction/reconstruction of pavements, construction/reconstruction of exits, construction of a technological channel, construction of street lighting, installation of BRD devices, weather station, protection of slopes and embankments, insurance of the left bank of the Dunajec River at the point of proximity of the bypass to the shore slope, protection and reconstruction of the existing telecommunications infrastructure, execution of permanent traffic organization, drainage, compensation planting. Characteristic technical parameters: - permissible surface loads 115kN/axle - design speed 90 km/h, - traffic category KR4, - roadway width 2x3,5m=7,0m, outer band 0,5m, pavements min. 1,8m taking into account the requirements of WR-D-21 in terms of maintaining the gauge, roadside width 1,5m or more, if there is a need to locate BRD devices, - slope of road slopes not greater than 1:1,5 - abrasive layer of mineral-asphalt mixture SMA11 45/80-55 (with modified asphalt), binding layer (with modified asphalt) and bituminous substructures - from asphalt concrete AC, -abrasive layer in the vicinity of residential buildings made as a noise reducing surface (SMA 8 45/80-55 with modified asphalt) - two four-inlet roundabouts with an external diameter of at least 40 m, a minimum road width of 5.5 m + 2.0m (ring), - a scanned intersection of the bypass with the bypass connector from DG 292031K - I load class acc. PN-EN 1991-2 Eurocode 1, additionally for the load of the special vehicle STANAG 2012 class 150 - road width min. 8.0 m (2 lanes of 3.5m + 2 bands width. 0.5 m) - energy-intensive barrier - steel barrier As part of this investment, non-standard BRD solutions will be used: 1. BRD elements improving safety in road traffic: - thick-layered chemoutward marking (structural on the edges of the road) improving road perception (better visible marking) especially in difficult lighting and meteorological conditions (mainly during rainfall) and signalling the driver to leave the lane in a case caused by, for example, distraction with other activities, fatigue, falling asleep - BRD devices with increased durability, providing increased resistance to difficult operating conditions - U-1 guide posts "self-emerging", - cat's eyelets improving the understanding of the route and the visibility of its elements in night conditions of visibility, resistant to heavy traffic and winter conditions, - use of asphalt bands with a width of 0.5 m and 1.5 m wide roads ensuring greater safety in vehicle failure situations - limiting access to the road by introducing service roads, - traffic sewerage including inlets of subordinate municipal roads, - weather station with two CCTV cameras in the area of the intersection with the connector DG 2931K - bridge barrier, 2. BRD elements improving the safety of pedestrians and cyclists: - lowering curbs at pedestrian crossings, Continued in the "Supplement to the application form appendix to point. U
