The project concerns the construction of social infrastructure in the scope of the facility intended for the provision of care services for the elderly, including for persons with disabilities along with external infrastructure. The facility will provide only services in a deinstitutionalized form. The proposed facility will be located in Wielopole, Gmina Chełmiec and will be a daily support centre that will provide care in the form of daily and short-term 24-hour stay (i.e. respite care). The development of infrastructure in this area and the purchase of equipment will contribute to the development of services provided in the local community. The main objective of the project is to provide access to high-quality social services provided in a deinstitutionalised form through the construction of a Day Care Home for Seniors in Wielopole. Under the project, the co-financed infrastructure and equipment will not be used by institutions providing 24-hour long-term care in institutional forms.
