The project is addressed to 535 residents of the Krakow County, who have the status of unemployed person in the Labour Office of the Krakow County (hereinafter referred to as UPPK). The project assumes the provision of comprehensive support leading to the improvement of employability and professional activity. Activities in the project will include job placement services, career guidance, the organization of internships and trainings, the allocation of one-off funds for starting a business and other activities carried out in accordance with the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions. The proposed measures will contribute to increasing employment levels especially among the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. women, people over 50, people with disabilities, young people aged 18-29, long-term unemployed, migrants. Recruitment will be carried out continuously in all UPPK units using applications, applications and surveys submitted by unemployed people until the planned number of participants is reached. The project supports and promotes the employment and development of entrepreneurship of the inhabitants of the Krakow poviat through planned project activities. The subsidised forms established in the project are aimed at shaping the skills (professional and interpersonal) of the participants, acquiring professional experience as well as gaining or updating existing professional qualifications. The planned interventions will enable the acquisition of skills or the ability to perform tasks at the workplace and facilitate entry into the labour market through the planned forms in the project. In addition, the potential for the development of entrepreneurship on the local and regional labour market will be used, and indirectly the activities of the project will strengthen the development of employers and entrepreneurs.
