The aim of the project is to support remigrants in professional activation after returning to the country, to strengthen their awareness of the social and economic benefits associated with taking up employment in Małopolska and to use their potential, to increase the number of people of working age in Małopolska, as well as to reduce the deficit of employees in industries or professions where the needs of employers are not met by the supply of employees. The project is aimed at people of Polish origin returning from abroad or planning to return to Małopolska and take up professional activity in Małopolska. Support will be provided to 750 re-emigrants who will receive: 1) individual diagnosis of needs with the development of an action plan; 2) support in the process of socio-occupational adaptation; 3) individual and group career guidance; 4) support for the EURES assistant, including assistance in using the EURES job vacancy database to find a job in Poland; 5) specialist services, including e.g. individual psychological support, tax advice, individual coaching, sworn translations of documents, legal advice, specialist services supporting the process of launching a department. gosp. in Poland or transferring activities from abroad to Małopolska, etc.; 6) supplementing or acquiring qualifications or competences adequate to the needs of the Małopolska labour market, confirmation of qualifications - training vouchers in the Entity Financing System (PSF); 7) assistance in the confirmation of qualifications and competences or the nostrification of the diploma, in particular those acquired abroad. The main results of the project will be obtaining qualifications/competences by 262 people and taking up work by 262 people from the target group. All participants of the project (UP) will receive support in the process of socio-professional adaptation.
