The main objective of the project is to increase accessibility in the service and competence sense of ‘Żłobka Żuczek’ in Olkusz, which will enable 15 parents and legal guardians of young children with disabilities or at risk of disability from the area of the Municipality of Olkusz to combine work and private life and maintain employment or enter or return to the labour market in the period until 31.03.2026. The implementation of the task will support gender-balanced participation in the labour market, equal working conditions and a better work-life balance, including through access to affordable care for children and people in need of support in everyday life. The main tasks that will be carried out as part of the project: • Adapting/furnishing the premises by purchasing teaching aids for conducting specialist classes. • Provision of specialised training/courses/workshops for crèche staff • Implementation of specialised activities for children with disabilities or children at risk of disability. • Providing individual/group support to parents/legal guardians of children with disabilities or children at risk of disability Main results of the project: a) Number of places adapted to the needs of children with disabilities and children at risk of disability in childcare institutions up to 3 years of age supported by the programme [items] - 15 b) Number of representatives of the staff of childcare institutions up to 3 years of age supported by the programme [persons] - 5 c) Number of persons who returned to the labour market after a break related to the birth/raising of a child or maintained employment or found a job or are looking for a job, after leaving the programme - [persons] - 15
