The sensory-experimental zone in the facility and in the open air, together with appropriate employee training, will enable working with children with disabilities and at risk of disability at a high level. The sensory-experimental zone will allow for better development of children with sensory integration disorders or autism spectrum disorders. It consists of many different elements that stimulate children's senses. Elements from various textures and materials stimulate the sense of touch, the sense of hearing, motor coordination, affect the proper development. By increasing the qualifications of staff and creating appropriate zones in the institution, as well as in the garden, we will be able to take care of children with disabilities or at risk of disability, which will allow parents to maintain a job or professional activity especially after maternity or paternity leave. This project will enable parents and legal guardians of children with disabilities or children at risk of disability to combine work and private life and maintain employment or to enter and re-enter the labour market.
