Support the adaptation of workers, businesses and entrepreneurs to change, support active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that addresses health risks. The project concerns broadly understood support for adaptability of employees, including comprehensive support for Project Participants. The project is addressed to target groups (GD): a) workers at risk of being made redundant, b) workers to be made redundant, c) persons made redundant for reasons not related to the worker, d) persons leaving agriculture - living in the Małopolskie voivodship. The support provided under the Project will be tailored to the individual needs of the Project Participants (PO) through diagnosis and creation of Individual Action Plans (IPDs) and referral to the diagnosed forms of support included in the grant application. The support offered will directly contribute to the improvement of the labour market situation of UP (RP). P will be implemented respecting the principle of: equality between women and men, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, sustainable development and the DHSN, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. P will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of FEM 2021-2027 and SZOP FEM 2021-2027 and Pr. 6. European funds for the labour market, education and social inclusion, Measure 6.6 Development of human resources competences and adaptation to changes project type B: comprehensive outplacement programmes and the standard services of the project implemented under measure 6.6 of the FEM for 2021-2027. Planned duration of the project: 30 months. TASKS: 1 Monitoring of the labour market of Małopolskie and neighbouring voivodships 2 Diagnosis and identification of the needs of Project Participants (IPD) 3 Employment placement/Advice/Individual and group counselling/Incentive support/Aided employment 4 Direct support of Participants - training leading to raising, supplementing, retraining or competence 5 Direct support of Participants - initiatives preparing for employment - internships 6 Direct support of Participants - financial support for starting their own business together with training services in the pre-start phase 7 Direct support of Participants - grants for retrofitting or equipping a workplace at an employer 8 Monitoring and control of the OP, including DG and retrofitting or equipping a workplace at an employer 9 Direct support of Participants - subsidised employment 10 Direct support of Participants - adaptive support for an employee who obtained employment under the project, including training and counselling 11 Direct support of Participants - support of initiatives to improve the geographical mobility capacity 12 Direct support of Participants - other tools, methods, programmes to activate or improve the situation on the labour market of 13 Participants - direct support of the implementation of experience in the following similar programmes: The main objective and result of the Project (Number of people who, as a result of the implementation of support in the field of outplacement/improving the working environment, took up work or continued employment) will be to improve the situation of 155 (including, among others, taking up work/continuing work) people from the target groups after leaving the project, by covering the above-mentioned target groups with support in the project. Each UP shall receive an offer of support, including such forms of assistance as will be identified by it as necessary to improve its situation on the labour market.
