The aim of the project is to develop and implement comprehensive tools for 200 employers in Małopolska to respond flexibly to changes taking place on the labour market and retain employees. The solutions developed are to promote the extension of the working life of employees. An important element of the project will also be the dissemination of the idea of diversity management among Małopolska employers, including, above all, age. The target group of the project will be employers from the Małopolska region, having the status of a small or medium-sized enterprise, and their employees. As part of the project, employers will receive: - individual training and advisory support in the field of diversity management, including age management, in order to develop an Age Management Strategy (IAS) and an Individual Support Plan (ISP), - grant for the implementation of solutions selected from the IMS – indicated in the IMS, - individual advisory support in the field of implementation of the IMS, including the creation, update of personnel processes taking into account diversity management, - training for managers and employees in the field of extending the age of professional activity and combating burnout, - training for managers and employees in the field of working in multigenerational teams and combating discrimination based on, in particular, sex, race, ethnic origin, religion, belief, disability, age, sexual orientation. In parallel, information, dissemination and awareness-raising activities will be carried out for employers in Małopolska in the field of diversity and age management of employees. The main results of the project will be the development of an Age Management Strategy for 200 employers and the improvement of the working environment of at least 800 employees in these companies. An additional effect of the project will be the dissemination of the idea of age management through, among others, information and awareness-raising activities regarding the impact of the demographic situation on the labour market and employment, including extending the age of professional activity and combating burnout, and promoting solutions among employers supporting equal treatment and non-discrimination, in particular on the grounds of sex, race, ethnic origin, religion, belief, disability, age, sexual orientation.
