John Paul II Friendly School in Klucze

The aim of the project is to increase the accessibility for pupils with special needs of the Primary School in Klucze to the process of including pupils in the general teaching system, which allows to increase the educational opportunities of 200 pupils and 180 pupils, 300 parents of these pupils/students and 32 teachers of the Primary School in Klucze, for which the governing body is the Municipality of Klucze, by developing, preparing and implementing the above-mentioned SP inclusive programs. The implementation of the project will contribute to the development of the individual potential of participants, regardless of differences, among others in health, fitness, origin, religion, so that each learner has the opportunity to fully participate in the education and upbringing process and social life of the school by implementing actions in problem/deficit areas defined on the basis of diagnoses carried out at the Primary School in Klucze operating in the municipality of Klucze. The project includes 4 TASKS: APPLICATION 1 Available school - architectural adaptation for the needs of people with special needs, - purchase of equipment and educational materials with a focus on the special needs of students, - adaptation of rooms to specialist classes, APPLICATION 2 Support for teachers: - raising the awareness, skills, competences and qualifications of teachers and support staff of the SP in Keys in terms of recognizing the individual needs of the student and working with a student with special needs, including the use of advice in this area by the SP (upgrading competences, workshops) - Individual support of the teacher in problem areas encountered while working with the student, - a support group for teachers based on the supervision method, - financing the costs of postgraduate studies / training courses in order to improve the qualifications of supported specialists who, at the stage of preparing the diagnosis, have declared their willingness to participate in various forms of education - diagnosing the needs of all pupils/students, - conducting integration development groups based on 7 key competences using alternative methods of learning and therapy, - individual specialist classes, - integration trips, TASK 4 Parents' support - workshops on performing parental functions and supporting children's development at every stage, - involving parents in school life through their participation in school trips and events (integration event), - individual specialist support for parents conducted by psychologist/sexologist/therapist specialists. The project is part of the ESF+.CP4.F specific objective - Promoting equal access to and completion of quality, inclusive education and training, in particular for disadvantaged groups, from early childhood education and care through general and vocational education and training, to tertiary education, as well as adult education and learning, including facilitating learning mobility for all and accessibility for persons with disabilities. The project will have a positive impact on the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with nps (details later in the proposal). TARGET GROUP: - 380 pupils (180 K, 200 M) - parents/guardians of the above-mentioned pupils - Approximately 300 pers (200 K/100 M) - teachers teaching at the Primary School in Klucze - 32 pers (27 K, 5 M) - 1 Primary School in Klucze in the municipality of Klucze
