The project provides for the development of the CPC, which carries out tasks identical to those of a vocational and lifelong learning centre. CKZ consists of 2 schools ZSEM, ZSS and CKZ NS. The scope of support under the implementation of the CPC was planned on the basis of experience and diagnosed needs and is a continuation and complement to the existing activities undertaken in this area by schools and institutions forming the CPC. The support is addressed to schools and institutions providing vocational training at secondary level (excluding schools for adults). GD will be pupils and their parents/legal guardians and teachers of vocational education institutions that will be part of the CKZ. The main task of CKZ will be to link the educational offer with the labour market and to involve employers in the activities of CKZ. As part of the implementation of the project, the following tasks are planned: acquisition of additional qualifications and competences by students, among others, in industries crucial for the region and the Małopolska labour market (including vocational courses in the field of the green economy), creation of conditions similar to the real professional work environment, including the creation of a cooperation program with employers (traineeships for students, professional studies visits, patronage class, classes in the building automation workshop carried out in cooperation with the Nowy Sącz-based company Fakro), courses for teachers, use of the infrastructure of Małopolska institutions promoting science and innovation through participation of young people in workshops in Krakow's Fablab, educational and vocational advice, classes aimed at preventing students' mental and emotional well-being and support for parents and carers in performing parental functions and supporting child development at every stage, classes in the framework of combating violence and discrimination. The implementation of the above-mentioned actions will improve the quality of vocational education at WM, which is a response to the expectations of the labour market. The following results will be achieved through the implementation of the above-mentioned actions: - acquisition of additional qualifications/professional competences by 1,000 pupils - counted number of PESELs, - improvement of professional qualifications by 14 teachers of vocational subjects - organization of 200 professional internships for pupils - (120 UP - counted number of PESELs); - career counselling for 140 pupils - counted number of PESELs. UP can take part in several forms of support verification of the degree of achieving the goal of head. P will be achieved by measuring the output and result indicators below.
