Creative student - professional in profession III

Main objective of the project (P): Reinforcement in school years. 2024/2025,2025/2026 and 2026/2027 employability of 440 vocational school pupils at the Centre for Vocational Competence in the following industries: audio-visual (leading) and supportive: specific - logistic and hotel-gastronomy-tourism in accordance with the demand of the labour market in the Suski poviat (PS) by improving the quality of the education process based on the CKZ, in cooperation with the socio-economic environment, including employers, as well as improving the skills and professional competences of 20 teachers (N) of vocational education from the above-mentioned industries in the Suski poviat. The target group (GD) are students: 1.ZS W.Witos in Sucha Beskidzka (technical school and first-degree trade school), 2.ZS W.Goetla in Sucha Beskidzka (technical school and first-degree trade school), 3.ZS Fr. Mr Dańkowski in Jordanów (technical school), 4.ZS im Kołłątaja in Jordanów (industry school of the first degree), and - teachers from ZS im. W.Witos. Tasks: developing the professional offer of schools and institutions providing vocational training and the development of the Vocational Competence Centre (understood as the CKZiU, referred to in Article 93 of the Education Law Act or another team created by schools / institutions analogous to the CKZiU and performing its tasks) by: 1) implementation of courses (classes conducted by N and commissioned classes) leading to students obtaining professional qualifications and qualifications; 2) cooperation of schools and institutions with the environment of employers through: student internships, professional visits, participation in trade fairs and additionally by: 3) improving the skills, competences and qualifications of N supported schools (support does not duplicate actions implemented at national level from both ESF+ and national sources); 4) retrofitting of school workshops; 5) development of educational and vocational counselling in supported schools; 6) workshops aimed at the prevention of students' mental and emotional well-being; 7) implementation of additional classes using the infrastructure of Małopolska institutions popularizing science and innovation (FabLab type). Effects • 1 facility will be equipped with equipment and teaching materials; • development of 1CKZ (audiovisual and freight forwarding-logistics, hospitality-gastronomy-tourism industry; • 20 teachers will improve their professional qualifications; • 440 pupils will take part in extracurricular activities; • 285 pupils will complete a student placement. P. assumes vocational training in industries crucial for the region and the Małopolska labour market, the use of solutions developed under POWER, the use of infrastructure of Małopolska institutions popularizing science and innovation, activities in the field of combating violence and discrimination, and cooperation with entrepreneurs in at least 4 forms, more broadly justified in section L.
