Strengthening the competitiveness of students in the labour market III

Main objective of the project (P): Reinforcement in school years. 2024/2025,2025/2026 and 2026/2027 employability of 380 vocational school pupils at the Centre for Professional Competence (CPC) in the electricity (leading) and supporting industries: construction, mechanical in accordance with the demand of the labour market in the Suski poviat (PS) by improving the quality of the educational process on the basis of CKZ, in cooperation with the socio-economic environment, including employers, as well as improving the skills and professional competences of 5 teachers (N) of the profession from the above-mentioned industries in the Suski poviat. The target group (GD) is students (U): 1. ZS W. Goetel in Sucha Beskidzka (ZSG) 2. ZS W.Witos in Sucha Beskidzka, 3. Fr. Mr. Dańkowski in Jordanów 4. ZS H. Kołłątaja in Jordanów and, - teachers from ZSG. Tasks: developing the professional offer of schools and institutions providing vocational training and the development of the CKZ (understood as the CKZiU referred to in Article 93 of the Education Law Act or another team created by schools / institutions analogous to the CKZiU and performing its tasks) by: 1) implementation of courses (classes conducted by N and commissioned classes) leading to U obtaining qualifications and qualifications, including in particular in the field of the green economy 2) cooperation of schools and institutions with the employers' community through: student internships, professional visits, courses/classes implemented using the infrastructure of enterprises, preparation for launching a new direction and additionally by: 3) improving the skills, competences and qualifications of N supported schools (support does not duplicate actions implemented at national level from both ESF+ and national sources); 4) retrofitting of school workshops; 5) development of educational and professional counselling in supported schools 6) workshops aimed at the prevention of mental and emotional well-being U 7) implementation of additional classes using the infrastructure of Małopolska institutions popularizing science and innovation (type FabLab and ASTOR). P was prepared in response to school diagnoses and in connection with the EXPERTISE, ANALYSIS OF THE NEED FOR INTRODUCTION IN DRIVER DIRECTION DIRECTION SUN SCHOOLS – TECHNIQUE OF DEVICES AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS, which the ZSG intends to launch from 2025. Employment in the RES sector is constantly growing, and with it the demand for services related to the production of equipment used in the market of green technologies, as well as modernization and servicing of existing ones is increasing. For this reason, among others, employees of the construction industry are needed, as well as electroenergt. In the coming years, it is forecast that among the sought-after professions will be, among others: designer of renewable energy installations, IT specialist (e.g. programmer) on the power market, retailer/representative from the RES sector, installer of heat pumps, wind energy technician, service technician of renewable energy devices. According to the analyses of specialists, the most desirable will be graduates of technicians, primary vocational schools and universities, who will have knowledge related to the renewable energy sector. P was created in response to this demand as a team of coherent tasks. Effects •2 facilities will be retrofitted. with equipment and material. •development of 1CKZ (power, construction and mechanical support industries) •5 N will improve its qualification. •380 U will take part in extracurricular activities. •290 U will be a student internship P. assumes vocational education in industries crucial for the region and the Małopolska labour market, vocational courses in the field of green economy, the use of solutions developed under POWER, the use of infrastructure of Małopolska institutions popularizing science and innovation, activities in the field of combating violence and discrimination and cooperation with entrepreneurs in at least 4 forms, more broadly justified in section L.
