Małopolska Train to career season I

The aim of the project is to raise the competences and qualifications of adults who, on their own initiative, want to benefit from their support. The project will respond to the still insufficient use of adult development services, which should be developed constantly wanting to have skills and qualifications adequate to the needs of the labour market. The project will offer services in the area of vocational counselling, training, postgraduate studies, vocational education, confirm the qualification, as well as other services such as coaching and mentoring. The target project will be adults, adults, who, on their own initiative, are interested in changing/acquiring a comp or a qualifier. Workers will be able to participate in the project, including farmers who pay the KRUS contribution and people with disabilities or with reduced mobility, who are not working people. Additional recruitment wars will ensure that the target group will be in a special situation on the labour market, for which the following number of places will be allocated in the framework of preferences. Total number of persons covered by development services-12630 of which: at least 10104 persons will be over 25 years of age, at least 1000 persons from the 50+ group, at least 500 persons with disabilities, at least 3500 women with low educational attainment (max. ISCED 4). The project assumes mandatory participation in the Online Career Balance and a good start to the implementation of the package of school vouchers and other specialist professional services offered by advisors employed in the project. The package of school vouchers will be possible only on the basis of BUR services from category: training, exams, vocational training, postgraduate studies, exam and coaching and mentoring. Participants of the project, in parallel to the use of school vouchers, will be able to choose from special advisory services such as: in-depth competency balancing, professional cod with coaching, soft met assessment workshop. AC/DC and workshops on soft comps. The max. digitization of the percentage of project realization. For this purpose, a new version of the service "Małopolska Train to Careers" will be created, where adults will be able to find many inspirations for the development itself, an online campaign within the framework.
