The main objective of the project is to increase by 31.10.2026 the employability and active participation in the socio-occupational life of 60 [34K/26M] people from 18 years of age, unemployed:30[17K/13M] inactive and 30[17K/13M] unemployed, including at least 25[14K/11M] people with disabilities, at risk of poverty and social exclusion, as referred to in Article 1(2) of the Act of 13.06.2003 on social employment, learners / residents of reason. KC in the Małopolskie voivodship in the Dąbrowa County (including in the areas of OSI – marginalised municipalities), through comprehensive support in the field of socio-professional reintegration, as part of the newly created Social Integration Club in the Dąbrowa County. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of the following tasks under the newly created and adequately equipped NSI: 1. Diagnosis of the problem situation and development and monitoring of IŚR 2. Case management 3. Social Competence Training 4. Psychological counseling 5. Support groups 6. Individual jobcoaching 7. Individual employment 8. Vocational Training 9. Traineeships 10. Individual support to maintain employment (mentoring/assisted employment) The project will result in the achievement of direct result indicators: * Number of persons who obtained a qualification after leaving the programme – min.85% i.e. 51 persons * Number of persons in employment, including self-employment, after leaving the scheme – min.30%, i.e. 18 persons * Number of jobseekers after leaving – min.25% i.e. 15 persons * Number of people whose social situation has improved after leaving the programme – min.80%, i.e. 48 persons
