The project "Knowledge Qualifications Success in the Tarnów Agglomeration" is a continuation of the tasks of the Vocational Competence Centre established in 2017 and opening up to new fields of education of the Schools of the Municipality of Tarnów. It contributes to the development of the professional offer of schools and institutions providing vocational training and the further development of the existing CPC. It focuses on activities supporting and developing vocational education in key industries for the region and the Małopolska labour market. It supports equal access to quality education and training by improving the quality of vocational education and performing tasks ensuring broad access to upskilling opportunities, competences as well as activities aimed at maintaining and expanding cooperation between entities having an impact on vocational education in the region. The project is aimed at: • 3650 - students of vocational education schools and students of High Schools of the Municipality of Tarnów, • 120 - teachers and managers of vocational education schools of the Municipality of Tarnów, • 60 - parents / legal guardians of students of vocational education schools of the Municipality of Tarnów. The main tasks in the project are: • realizacja kursów prowadzących do uzyskania przez uczniów uprawnień i kwalifikacji zawodowych, w tym także w zakresie gospodarki zielonej, • realizacja kursów prowadzących do uzyskania przez uczniów kompetencji zawodowych i językowych, • współpraca szkół i placówek ze środowiskiem pracodawców w szczególności kształcenie praktyczne w miejscu pracy tj. staże uczniowskie/inne staże, wizyty studyjne u lokalnych pracodawców, Branżowe szkolenia dla nauczycieli u pracodawców • doposażenie warsztatów CKZ, • rozwój kompetencji ekologicznych i umiejętności niezbędnych do pracy w sektorze zielonej gospodarki, • rozwój doradztwa edukacyjno - zawodowego na etapie edukacyjnym z uwzględnieniem perspektywy płci, w tym zwalczanie stereotypów związanych z płcią w wyborze kształcenia i ścieżki zawodowej, • działania ukierunkowane na profilaktykę dobrostanu psychicznego i emocjonalnego uczniów, • wsparcie dla rodziców i opiekunów w zakresie pełnienia funkcji rodzicielskich i wspierania rozwoju, • wsparcie dla nauczycieli oraz kadry zarządzającej. The main results of the project are: • improving the qualifications and competences of pupils and the green economy, • improving the competences or acquisition of qualifications by teachers of vocational schools, • building lasting relationships between vocational schools and enterprises through the organisation of traineeships enabling pupils to acquire the necessary professional experience. • gaining the skills of conscious career planning, • equipping the CKZ studio with modern equipment in accordance with dynamically changing new market technologies. Participants who will benefit from CKZ project support will ensure better preparation for entering the labour market, improve their employability and improve their qualifications and professional competences. The implementation of the project will contribute to the socio-economic development in the Tarnów Agglomeration and to the reduction of the number of shortage occupations in accordance with the assumptions adopted in the ITI Strategy of the Tarnów Agglomeration Association, which has received a positive opinion No. 2311/24
