Objective: To enable regions and people to mitigate the social, employment, economic and environmental impacts of the transition towards the EU 2030 targets for energy and climate and towards a climate-neutral EU economy by 2050 based on the Paris Agreement through the implementation of the Project (P). The project concerns comprehensive transformation and support programs on the labour market undertaken in the area of Mał. Zach. (referred to as: Chrzanów, Olkusz, Oświęcim, Wadowice). The project is addressed to target groups (GD): workers at risk of dismissal, intended for dismissal or made redundant for reasons not related to the worker in the sectors/sectors undergoing transformation and directly related to them; (b) economically inactive (i.e. economically inactive) living in a shared home with persons referred to in point (a) (c) interested in setting up their own DG in the area of Mał. Zach, I'm sorry. (regardless of labour market status) (d) employers in transition industries/sectors and directly related to them. Support is to be directed to people working or living or learning in the province of small. – Small Zach, I'm sorry. The support provided under the P will be tailored to the individual needs of the Project Participants (PO) through diagnosis and creation of Individual Action Plans (IPDs) and referral to diagnosed forms of support. The support offered will directly contribute to the improvement of the social situation of UP on the labour market (RP). P will be implemented respecting the principle of: equality between women and men, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, sustainable development and the DHSN, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. P will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of FEM 2021-2027 and SZOP FEM 2021-2027 and Pr. 8.
