Activities of the Managing Authority in the implementation of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme in 2024 – JTF Technical Assistance

The project assumes supporting the effective and efficient implementation of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme. Support for the implementation of the programme will be achieved primarily by strengthening the organisational, institutional and human resources capacity for the management, implementation and use of the JTF in the area of Western Małopolska facing socio-economic challenges resulting from the transition in pursuit of climate neutrality. The project includes activities consisting in the operation of the necessary IT systems supporting the management and implementation of the programme. All organisational and administrative costs related to both the evaluation, implementation and settlement of projects, the provision of experts and the monitoring and control of JTF projects, as well as the costs of handling complaints and appeals in this regard, will be financed. Activities will also include the execution of analyses and expert opinions for the implementation of the FEM 2021-2027 in the subject related to the JTF. Delegations will be organized, including foreign delegations for study trips, trainings, conferences, thanks to which employees will be able to deepen their knowledge, among others, in the field of cohesion policy. Activities under the project will consist in providing remuneration to employees of the EMU responsible for tasks related to the FEM 2021-2027 and opportunities for continuous improvement of qualifications through participation in various forms of further education available on the market, i.e. specialist training, foreign language courses, postgraduate studies. Support under the project will be allocated to appropriate logistical and IT services through, among others, the provision of office space for employees, the purchase of computer equipment and work station equipment in order to facilitate and streamline work and strengthen the standards of clerical work. In addition, in order to increase the awareness of beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries, information activities and expert training on horizontal principles will be implemented.
