The project assumes supporting the effective and efficient implementation of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme. Support for the implementation of the programme will be achieved primarily by strengthening the organisational, institutional and human resources capacity for the management, implementation and use of the JTF in the area of Western Małopolska facing socio-economic challenges resulting from the transition in pursuit of climate neutrality. The project will finance all organisational and administrative costs related to both the evaluation, implementation and settlement of projects, the provision of experts and the control of projects implemented under the JTF. Activities will also include the execution of analyses and expert opinions for the implementation of the FEM 2021-2027 in the subject related to the JTF. Delegations will be organized, including foreign delegations for study trips, trainings, conferences, thanks to which employees will be able to deepen their knowledge, among others, in the field of cohesion policy. The activities under the project will consist in providing remuneration to employees of the UMWM involved in the implementation of tasks under the FEM 2021-2027 and the possibility of continuous improvement of qualifications through participation in various forms of further education, i.e. specialist training, foreign language courses, postgraduate studies. Support under the project will be allocated to the broadly understood logistical support of UMWM employees fulfilling responsibilities related to the implementation of the tasks of the FEM 2021-2027 programme under the JTF. It is planned to spend funds, among others, on renting and cleaning office space, maintenance fee, administrative and technical services, utilities, subscription for telecommunications services, as well as on the purchase of office equipment and supplies. In addition, as part of the task, expenditure will be made on national delegations of employees of the EMU implementing the tasks of the FEM 2021-2027 concerning, among others, meetings of working groups, seminars, workshops, conferences covering topics related to the implementation of the Programme, controls and information and promotion activities. In addition, in order to increase the awareness of beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries, information and promotion activities and expert training in the field of horizontal principles will be implemented.
