The project assumes supporting the effective and efficient implementation of the European Funds for Małopolska 2021-2027 programme. Support for the implementation of the programme will be achieved primarily by strengthening the organisational, institutional and human resources capacity for the management, implementation and use of European funds. The project includes activities consisting in the operation of the necessary IT systems supporting the management and implementation of the programme. All organisational and administrative costs related to both the evaluation, implementation and settlement of projects, the provision of experts, as well as the monitoring and control of ongoing projects, as well as the costs of handling complaints and appeals in this respect, will be financed. Analyses and expertise carried out for the implementation of the FEM 2021-2027 will also be financed. The costs of maintaining the headquarters of the Representation of the Malopolska Region in Brussels will be covered. Delegations will be organized, including foreign ones for study trips, trainings, thanks to which employees will be able to deepen their knowledge, among others, in the field of cohesion policy. Activities under the project will consist in providing remuneration to employees of the EMU responsible for tasks related to the FEM 2021-2027 and opportunities for continuous improvement of qualifications through participation in various forms of further education available on the market, i.e. specialist training, foreign language courses, postgraduate studies. Support under the project will be allocated to appropriate logistics and IT services through, among others, the provision of office space for employees, the purchase of computer equipment to facilitate and streamline work and strengthen the standards of clerical work. Information and promotion activities aimed at the general public, beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries will be financed. These will include: a wide-ranging campaign, outdoor events promoting support from European funds, information on the Internet, the press, social media, television and radio. In addition, training and information meetings related to the calls for proposals will be organised for people and entities interested in obtaining support from European funds. Funding will be provided to: work on the preparation and updating of programming documents, activities related to the functions of the secretariat of the Monitoring Committee of the FEM 2021-2027 programme, activities supporting the management of the FEM 2021-2027 programme, as well as work on strategic projects and operations and giving opinions on the ITI strategy. Similar measures will also be taken in connection with the end of the 2014-2020 ROP. As part of the project, expenses were planned, among others, for the organization of meetings of the MC and working groups, reimbursement of expenses incurred by members of the MC (in accordance with the rules of procedure of the MC), expert opinions, consultations and expert analyses, as well as meetings aimed at implementing the FEM 2021-2027 programme, printing services, translations and copyright. Support under the project will be allocated to the preparation and implementation of studies, analyses, statistics on the socio-economic situation of the Małopolskie voivodship. In addition, the content of prepared research reports, analyses as part of publications and events such as conferences, workshops or seminars will be disseminated. The preparation and implementation of the evaluation for the FEM 2021-2027 programme is also planned.
