Launch of the production of an innovative bicycle with easy configuration from conventional to electric bike mode, with high performance, environmental and digital accessibility as a result of the development of original modular design solutions, batteries, paint coating and smart-bike system during R&D works.

The aim of the project is to increase the level of product, digital and environmental innovation of ROMET Sp. z o.o. in order to increase its competition, increase revenues, as well as strengthen cooperation with the science sector and SMEs. The realization of the project's goals will be possible thanks to the implementation of a linear project. include R&D and Implementation modules, for which the starting point will be the transport, development works (PR), involving the development of at least an innovation on the scale of the Polish product-universal bicycle market, which, depending on the needs, can be conventional or electric, which is planned in stage 4: 1.Development of modular, easy-configable universal design. bicycle. 2.Creation of a modular li-lon battery, with the possibility of expanding modules from 1 to 3, recyclable with the possibility of replacement and additional development 3.Development of a new paint formula, with high resistance to dirt 4.Integration and validation of the element. along with the development of original test benches. In the course of R&D works, an innovative product consisting of a universal bicycle design with intelligent electronics, a modular battery system (possibility of increasing power and range) with replaceable elem units, a bicycle management system and a paint coating, will allow its independent modification from conventional to electric mode, which is currently not available on the market. Thus, the project will create a solid foundation for creating a new stand. in the industry (transformation of the market), i.e. product development., easy to maintain, repair and modernize. The development will also contribute to the development of eco-friendly forms of transport, striving to produce the product in the most sustainable way (one design = two modes of operation), in addition to replacing battery assemblies, not as it is currently the entire battery, extending its usefulness and ensuring recycling.
