Multi-module security system to protect public places.

The aim of the project will be to develop a multi-module security system to protect public places, such as stadiums or airports, that are exposed to hooligan or terrorist attacks. It is planned that the system will be developed in a modular manner, which, according to the Applicant, will mean the possibility of any configuration of modules according to the customer's needs. This means that you can freely combine the modules with each other depending on the functions you need. It is planned that this system will consist of: 1.Central System (TELBUD) 2.Abandoned Object Detection Module (TELBUD) 3.Face Mask Recognition Module (TELBUD) 4.Crowd Behaviour Analysis Module (TELBUD) 5.Personal Tracking Module (TELBUD) 6.Optoelectronic Head (WAT) 7.Personal Emotion Analysis Module in Thermovision (WAT) 8.Passive Detection Module for Hidden Objects Under Clothes (WAT) 9.Identity Counterfeit Detection Module (WAT) 10.Module for Detection of Social Groups with Strong Internet Emotions (White Interview) (PW) 11.Remote Pulse Examination Module (PW) 12.Remote Skin Condition Measurement Module (PW) 13.Active Detection Module for Hided Objects Under Clothes (PW). The project was divided into 8 tasks, of which 3 are industrial research and 5 are development work. The project is planned to implement only the R&D module, in which three partners will participate - Telbud SA as the Consortium Leader and two scientific units - the Warsaw University of Technology and the Military University of Technology. As a result of the consortium's work, a system will be created combining many solutions in the field of measurement technology, computer science and optics. It will be an advanced system that collects information from many muti-spectral sensors located at different points in the space. The prototype of the system will enable, among others, providing specific information about the situation in a selected place of public utility by analyzing the behavior of people, detecting hidden objects under clothing and systems for tracking and biometric identification of people, or earlier preparation of information regarding, for example, an upcoming event by analyzing data in online groups. The result of the module will be directed to the market of technical solutions for safety management and is a national innovation.
