The proposed project provides for the implementation of the R&D module, which will include industrial research and development works aimed at developing the technology of cascade infrared detectors and detection modules. The result of this project will be new products in the form of a family of sensors: cascade detectors of III-V materials with active area from supergrid-II type, optimized for long-term infrared range ≥ 10.6 μm operating without cryogenic cooling and based on them detection modules, i.e. cascade detectors integrated with amplifying and accompanying electronics. These will be: • Detectors and detection modules with long-term immersive cascade detector for spectroscopy applications. • High-speed detectors and modules with ≥ 3 GHz bandwidth with long-wave immersive cascade detector. • 32 element cascade detector rulers and modules with cascade detector ruler. These will be new products intended mainly for foreign markets for manufacturers of optoelectronic systems. The final result of the project will be the development of all stages of cascade detector technology and detector modules so that after the end of the project they will be implemented in production.
