The main objective of the project is to implement the results of research and development in the field of innovative technology for the production of cardboard packaging using double-sided printing and the application of ecological protective and anti-slip coatings. As a result, the company will undertake production in innovative technology of new products. The implementation of the project results directly from the needs of the market and will be an innovation on a European scale. The implementation of the project will expand the offer of Karton Polska with packaging with coatings that will be characterized at the same time by anti-slip and hydrophobic properties as well as positive impact on the environment. Thanks to this technology, Karton Polska will be able to launch flap packaging with print inside and outside the packaging. This is an innovative approach to the offered packaging. This type of packaging will allow customers to reduce the number of labels and instruction prints attached to products. This will reduce the amount of waste generated from product packaging. Another innovation in the production of packaging will be the possibility of using new coatings of manufactured packaging in the form of safe and adhesive/adhesive coatings. Thanks to this, cardboard packaging will prevent damage to products. Flexography is a printing technique using liquid quick-drying inks and special flexible printing forms.
