The object of the construction project is to expand the separate collection point for municipal waste (PSZOK) in Benefitenko. As part of the task, the following facilities and infrastructure are planned: 1) Service container. 2) Social container with educational room. 3) The educational path. 4) Warehouse with repair point. 5) Warehouse. 6) The windshield. 7.1. Space for vehicles and equipment constituting equipment PSZOK 7) Ramp. 8) Recessed car scale with a load capacity of up to 15 t (for vehicles operated by PSZOK). 9) Maneuvering roads and entrances. 10) Entrance with gate and barrier. 11) Departure with gate and barrier. 12) Parking and parking spaces, including for the disabled. 13) Networks and installations: water supply, sanitary sewerage, rainwater sewerage, electricity, monitoring. 14) Access road to PSZOK and RIPOK. Equipment - equipment PSZOK 1) Hook vehicle for 30 m3 containers - pcs. 1 2) High pressure washer - pcs. 1 3) Generator set - pcs. 1 4) Light car trailers - pcs. 6 5) KP-30 open containers - pcs. 11 6) Covered containers KP-30– pcs. 2 The planned investment includes plots with registration numbers: 314/4, 314/8, 314/9, part of plot 314/5 of block 5 Korzystno and plots 414/13 and 414/16 of block 9 Kołobrzeg. The indicated area of the PSZOK area together with the planned road is about 11 800 m2. There is a local zoning plan in the area of plots from the registration area of Korzystno. Plots no. ew.: 314/8, 314/9 are located in areas marked with the symbol IT.1 intended for existing technical infrastructure sites (existing sewage treatment plant and existing composting plant), where only the extension of existing facilities is allowed in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, provided that their cumulative environmental impact does not exceed the permissible standards at the border of the IT site.1 Plots 314/4 and 314/5 are marked consecutively with the symbols KDW. 21 and KDW. 22, these are the areas of internal roads, communal. For parcels no. 414/13 and 414/16 a decision was issued on the location of the public-purpose investment. The area on which the investment will be carried out from the western side is bordered by industrial areas, which are an urban wastewater treatment plant. South of the planned investment, there is a composting plant and an expanded Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Benefitenko. From the east, the planned access road borders with urbanized areas not built up or under construction, as well as arable land, pastures and unused land. Planned access to the investment area from ul. Grzybowska, in the northern part of PSZOK through plots Nos 414/13 and 414/16. The outline of the local land development plan indicates lines of impassable development located at a distance of 15 m from the KDW road. 21 and KDW. 22 and from the border with the city of Kolobrzeg. The investment is ready for implementation. It has a complete technical documentation with cost estimates and a building permit covering 100% of the planned tasks within the project. It also has all the permits, agreements and consents required by law, including the project of permanent traffic organization and geological opinion.
