The proposal proposes the following changes: 1. Change of the material scope of the project as part of task No. 1 Sealing impermeable surfaces in the city of Białogard. A change was proposed by the Project Partner consisting in the withdrawal from the project of activities planned for item No. 218 rev. 017 m. Białogard and their replacement by actions on the areas no. 334/1, 340, 341/1 rpm 006. The proposed scope of the changes concerns the need for the City of Białogard to abandon the implementation of activities on the plot of land marked No 218 of 017 Białogard. Parcel No 218 of 017 Białogard at the Public Library was the subject of another grant application . An application for funding in 2023 was submitted to the Book Institute by the city’s cultural institution, the Karol Estreicher Białogard Public Library in Białogard. The subject of the application was, inter alia, the development of the area around the library, which currently serves only as a parking lot. The application passed a positive assessment, as a result of which a project co-financing agreement was signed in March 2024. Thus, instead of the above-mentioned location, we apply for a change in the design and implementation of activities related to the sealing of impermeable surfaces on the units no. 334/1, 340, 341/1 rpm. 006. Total plot area 0.4535ha Area of unsealed land: 0.3160ha. The following actions are planned: - disassembly of impermeable surface from asphalt - disassembly of impermeable surface from paving slabs - disassembly of impermeable slabs in the parking lot - unsealing of mechanically compacted ground surface by vehicles - covering the waste collection site by creating green walls in the form of climbers on supports - creating an infiltration groove used to retain water on the developed area and constituting a buffer between paved surfaces and green areas. - construction of a rain garden - construction of new plantings, as well as flower meadows and lawns - creation of parking spaces with access road from geocrates and communication routes from permeable surfaces of mineral aggregates combined with epoxy resin - installation of a hotel for insects - installation of small architecture - 3 bicycle racks - installation of lighting 4 lamps - luminaires in LED technology
