The main objective of the project is to improve the management capacity of nature conservation. The goal will be achieved through the development of geoinformation infrastructure and the use of remote sensing in support of nature monitoring. As part of the development of geo-information infrastructure, the following actions are envisaged: purchase, together with accessories and software, of one light unmanned aircraft dedicated to remote sensing missions; development and implementation of a mechanism for recovering individual data from a copy of the TPN spatial central database. As part of the use of remote sensing in support of nature monitoring, an action is envisaged consisting in the inventory and monitoring of TPN's natural resources using remote sensing and GIS, and feeding the TPN spatial database in order to improve and increase the effectiveness of protective measures. The task is planned to cover the area of the Tatra National Park with the enclosure taking into account the Natura 2000 site Tatry PLC 120001.
