The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of natural resources management by assessing the state of natural resources and identifying threats occurring in the Świętokrzyski National Park and the Łysogóry Natura 2000 site using remote sensing technologies. The spatial information system of ŚPN will be expanded and supplemented with groups of data enabling the assessment of the state of natural resources. These data will give the opportunity to perform analyses and thematic layers enabling efficient management of the ŚPN site and the Łysogóry Natura 2000 site. In the process of creating the spatial information system, ŚPN employees will undergo a number of trainings allowing them to update the data in the system and efficiently analyze and manage them. The task will be completed in 2029. 1. Improving the quality of management of protection of non-forest ecosystems of the Świętokrzyskie National Park: - at least five thematic layers (maps) will be created with analyses by mid-2029. 2. Improving the quality of forest ecosystem management in the Świętokrzyskie National Park: - at least eight thematic layers (maps) with analyses will be created by mid-2029. 3. Improving the quality of management of terrestrial ecosystems in the Świętokrzyskie National Park: - at least two thematic layers (maps) will be created with analyses by mid-2029. 4. Improving the quality of the management of green corridors: - at least one thematic layer (map) will be created with analysis by the end of 2027. 5. Improving the quality of water management in the Świętokrzyskie National Park: - at least two thematic layers (maps) will be created with analyses by the end of 2025. 6. Inventory and analysis of the terrain of the Świętokrzyskie National Park: - at least two thematic layers (maps) will be created by the end of 2025. 7. Improving the quality of management of the Świętokrzyskie National Park and the surrounding area: - at least two thematic layers (maps) will be created by the end of 2025. 8. Improving the quality of management of landscape valorisation of the Świętokrzyskie National Park and the surrounding area: - at least eleven thematic layers (maps) will be created with analyses by the end of 2027. 9. The provision of remote sensing data in a publicly accessible geoportal will avoid social exclusion, but will also enable the use of data by various entities. 10. Ongoing update of remote sensing data by supplying the SNP spatial information system with information and analyses obtained by means of unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) raids and Gps measurements. The scope of the planned activities was based on the threats and needs included in the draft protection plan for the Świętokrzyskie National Park for the years 2013-2033. .Threats and needs became the basis for the formulation of the specific objectives of the project. The analysis of the identified hazards shows that their occurrence leads or may lead to significant changes in the natural environment of ŚPN. All planned goals have been diagnosed on the basis of existing threats. Their implementation will contribute to the assessment of the state of SNP's natural resources.
